SIGNIFICANCE
This soup is special for me because reminds me that once when I was child I got sick from the stomach, the only what my body accepted was this soup made it by my mom with this specific shape, my mom took care of me those days more than others and I could feel a lot love, brings me flashbacks from my mom and I being really closed and lovely. The Melon's seed soup made it for other people (even me) doesn't taste me as good as my mom's soup.

Note: Doesn't mean that I don't have my mom's love now, is just that brings me a lovely scene. :P

      Eddie's recipe

This is my favorite food and recipe because I grew up eating Pozole in the happiest moments of my life. When it was a relative, friend or even my birthday then we used to eat this traditional Mexican dish. At any Mexican party it is the most common dish because it is delicious; in addition, it is cooked with corn and everyone gets full. Always I eat this food then it brings me good childhood memories. I love to eat it with tostadas and spacy special homemade sauce and of course with a coca-cola in a glass with ice!

      The BEST Lasagna Ever!

Here is the recipe to my mother's (and now mine) famous lasagna. It is the best I have ever had!

This recipe is significant to me because it is one of the first dishes my mother ever taught me to make, and one we used to make together throughout my childhood. It has always been my favorite type of food, ever since the first time we cooked it together. When my mother took my request for a special birthday dish on my birthdays, I would always choose her lasagna!

I make it now when I have friends over or for a nice dinner. It is simple to make, and one of the most delicious dishes!

I hope you enjoy this secret family recipe!
