Here is the recipe to my mother's (and now mine) famous lasagna. It is the best I have ever had!This recipe is significant to me because it is one of the first dishes my mother ever taught me to make, and one we used to make together throughout my childhood. It has always been my favorite type of food, ever since the first time we cooked it together. When my mother took my request for a special birthday dish on my birthdays, I would always choose her lasagna!
I make it now when I have friends over or for a nice dinner. It is simple to make, and one of the most delicious dishes!
